Background: |
Lean Sigma Institute (LSI) was established
in early 2004 by a group of Lean Six Sigma professionals with a great passion for
Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Some of them are considered as pioneers
or first wave of lean and six sigma practitioners closely associated
with Motorola since 80s.
LSI is one of the
first consulting firms in Asia Pacific in championing lean six sigma
program for non-manufacturing companies and also seamlessly to combine
Lean Thinking from Toyota Production System and Six Sigma Quality from
Motorola into an unique Lean Six Sigma DMAIC model.
Recognizing the differences, LSI treats
